Ljw's Niche

[ Outside Ljw's Niche ]

Wandering through a rather misty wood, you come upon a small niche surrounded by flowers of every variety and color.  Lush clumps of  sweet grass and small ferns dot the area, sprouting between mossy rocks like sprites from their hiding spots.

Hanging ivy and leafy trailing tendrils wrap themselves lazily around the niche's low arch as well as the multitude of  birch and other trees that populate the area.

Intricately handcarved from the native birchwood, the arch is just tall enough to allow a person of petite stature to pass through it with ease.

Thoughtfully placed riverstones which have sunk evenly into the ground after years of being tread upon form a wandering pathway that eventually leads you to the arch.

You also see a birch sign carved to resemble a book. It reads:

"Enter at the risk of enjoying yourself and expanding your imagination."
